Delivery and lead times

Our deliveries are done from Monday to Saturday during business hours.

Should you require a special delivery time, or urgent delivery, please call us on 062 043 8134 and we will do our best to accommodate. It is our policy that we call every customer before delivery.

All deliveries in the general Cape Town area are done within 1 - 3 working days if the product is in stock. If you are outside the general Cape Town area you will need to contact us on 062 043 8134 for a delivery date and time. These deliveries take between 5 - 7 working days for out-of-stock items to be delivered. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver goods during the notified period.

Bed Mart Online is not responsible for any loss or damage after we have delivered the product purchased by you to the nominated physical address.
